How is training handled? Is some level of training covered in the purchase of the system?
Answer:
The engagement is basically divided into three segments: the respective software, data conversion and professional services.
Professional services are inclusive of installation, setup and training.
The level and amount of training you require is largely dependent on your abilities and the amount of available time you have to commit to the project. We provide training for end users and or "train the trainer" type sessions. Training is provided on site or remotely utilizing desktop streaming. DWD Technology Group's Consultants will tailor our level of serve to your desire.
