Have you ever uttered “If only my software would just. . .“ or “I really wish my softare could. . .“? For those of you wishing for particular software enhancements, there is an opportunity to voice your request. It's quick, it's easy and best of all, it works.
You can submit a product enhancement request by visiting http://support.sagesoftwareinc.com/nps/main.cfm
Log in by using your login id and password and click on the following links:
- Support tab
- Select your product (Sage MAS 90/MAS 200, BusinessWorks, MIP Fund Accounting or Sage Fundraising)
- Product Enhancement Request (located near the bottom right hand corner)
The developers at Sage Software keep a tally of the submitted requests and work to incorporate your desired enhancements into future software releases. (permalink)
Generally Sage Software releases a major enhancement to Sage Fundraising 50 once a year. All Sage Funraising 50 users with an active Gold Support plan should receive their software upgrade CD in the mail. (permalink)
If you have a maintenance plan that has lapsed past its expiration date, please contact Sherry Simerman at 800.232.8913 at DWD Technology Group. She will work with you and our contacts at Sage Software to bring your maintenance plan up to date. (permalink)
DWD Technology Group sends maintenance plan renewal notices as a convenience to its clients. Often times, clients prefer to work directly with their contacts at DWD Technology Group rather than through Sage Software. We've also found that contact information is not always updated with Sage Software which means some clients will not be notified by Sage Software of their maintenance renewal expiration.
If you receive a maintenance renewal notice from both DWD Technology Group and Sage Software, be sure to only renew with either DWD Technology Group or Sage Software, not both. (permalink)
