DWD Technology Group sends maintenance plan renewal notices as a convenience to its clients. Often times, clients prefer to work directly with their contacts at DWD Technology Group rather than through Sage Software. We've also found that contact information is not always updated with Sage Software which means some clients will not be notified by Sage Software of their maintenance renewal expiration.
If you receive a maintenance renewal notice from both DWD Technology Group and Sage Software, be sure to only renew with either DWD Technology Group or Sage Software, not both.

The level and amount of training you require is largely dependent on your abilities and the amount of available time you have to commit to the project.
