One of the ways we are able to provide outstanding service to our clients is through our remote support tool. This Internet based tool allows our clients and staff to remotely share each other’s screen, mouse and keyboard to fix a problem, demonstrate a feature or provide training.

How It Works
Schedule an appointment with one of our consultants. At the appointment time, an icon will be available below for you to click on to begin the connection. You will be prompted to download a small virus-free plug-in. Once the plug-in is downloaded, a chat screen will appear that will allow us to screen share.
