Remote Assistance and Remote Product Demonstrations

One of the ways we are able to provide outstanding service to our clients is through our remote support tool. This Internet based tool allows our clients and staff to remotely share each other’s screen, mouse and keyboard.  


With your permission, we are able to connect to your computer to fix a problem, demonstrate a feature or provide training. We also have the ability to switch the view point so that you can see our desktop allowing us to demonstrate software.

How It Works

Arrange an appointment with one of our team members. At the agreed upon time, an icon will be available at the bottom of this page for you to click on to begin the connection. 

 

You will be prompted to download a small virus-free plug-in. Please accept the prompt.  Once the plug-in is downloaded, a chat screen will appear that will allow us to screen share. 

You are in full control of your computer at all times. You always have overriding control of your mouse and keyboard, and you can end the screen-sharing session at any time.
