Support is ending soon for those running MIP Fund Accounting on Windows XP or Windows 2003 Server.

Why end support?
As a courtesy to its customers, has continued to support MIP Fund Accounting running Windows Server 2003 and Windows XP well past Microsoft’s end of mainstream support for those operating systems.  This has allowed many MIP Fund Accounting users the extra time needed to upgrade.

However, by discontinuing support of these older systems, it better enables to ensure timely delivery of compliance updates and maintenance releases.  It also allows them to deliver more advanced features that may not be compatible with older operating systems.

What happens if I do not upgrade?
‘s support staff will be available for limited installation support, but installation issues will not be addressed for these systems.  Also, ‘s development team will no longer be testing new versions of the product on Windows XP operating systems or Windows Server 2003.

At this time, will not prohibit someone from installing MIP Fund Accounting in either of these environments, but they strongly encourage you to upgrade to a supported version.

What should I do?
