In mid-February, Sage Group PLC announced they would sell their Nonprofit Solutions division to Accel-KKR, a private equity firm.
Since that time, the sale was finalized and the Nonprofit Solutions team has been diligently working to create a new brand that includes new company and product names.
All the key members of the Nonprofit Solutions management team have remained in place, and they have added a number of new key positions to help with the transition off a variety of systems from Sage to new tools and systems. To help prepare you for what’s to come, we’ve provided an outline of key changes that will happen in the coming months.
Key Transition Changes to Come
New Brand – to date, a new company name and product brand have not been finalized. Look for an announcement regarding the new branding in the near future.
New Account Number – your organization’s account number will change – new account numbers were sent to current nonprofit and government clients. Contact us if you haven’t received yours.
Discontinuation of Sage Customer Portal – as of June 3rd, we will no longer use the Sage Customer Portal which previously housed the knowledgebase and your account information.
New & Improved Customer Website – a new website is being developed which will host a plethora of resources…all in one place. The new website will include knowledgebase articles, discussion forums, account maintenance, blog articles and product downloads. The basic website is expected to be available in June and new features will be added on in phases.
