The Importance of BusinessWorks Updates Share You may have installed Sage BusinessWorks 2013 to upgrade your software, but did you know that Sage BusinessWorks releases periodic updates known as Service Packs? Service Packs include updates to the software such as patches, bug fixes, and minor upgrades, as well as tax table updates. To ensure your software is performing best for you, we recommend you stay up to date with your software AND service packs. Generally, service packs are released and are available for download several times a year. You can access these updates directly through Sage BusinessWorks by going to Help > Support and Service on the Web > Download Updates. If you are not familiar with how to install service packs, visit Sage Online and log on using your Sage Online username and password. Once logged on, click on the Support tab and then Sage BusinessWorks under “Support Options and Resources”. When the Sage BusinessWorks Support page opens, click on “Download and Install Service Packs” under “Tutorials” to watch a video. When you are ready to download a Service Pack, click on “Service Packs” under “Downloads” to get the appropriate service pack for your installed version of Sage BusinessWorks.
