Did you know that Sage Intacct allows you to favorite, memorize, and schedule reports? Marking a report as a favorite allows you to quickly find it in the Favorites menu. Memorizing a report will save your report criteria so you don’t have to reenter them every time you run the report. Scheduling a report means you won’t have to remember to manually run that monthly report that you always seem to forget to run.

How to favorite, memorize, and schedule reports in Sage Intacct examples below.

Favorite a Report:

  • Reports > All > Reports Center.

Reports > All > Reports Center

  • Search by All Reports, Memorized, Scheduled, My Reports, or Custom Reports.

  • You can also search by application.

Search by application

  • Click the star by the reports you want to mark as favorites.

  • Reports > All > Favorited Reports.

  • The reports you selected now appear in your Favorites list.

Memorizing a Report:

  • Applications > General Ledger > All > Reports > General Ledger.

Select the applicable criteria in each section:

  • Time Period.

  • Print Page Options & Titles.

  • Click Memorize.

  • Enter a name for your report. Description is optional. Check the box if you want to make the report public. Click OK.

  • The report is now in the memorized reports list.

Note: When you click run it will use the criteria you originally entered unless you select Prompt on Run by the criteria. You can also change the criteria by selecting Edit by the report.

Schedule a Report:

  • Find a report you want to schedule and click Schedule.

  • Select the appropriate filters.

  • Enter a schedule. The fields marked with an asterisk are required.

  • Select the delivery options.

Note: You will be prompted for email addresses if you select Email. You can separate multiple email address by a semi-colon.

  • Click Save.
