Accounting Systems Consultant – Currently Accepting Resumes

DWD Technology Group is seeking an Accounting Systems Consultant to provide setup, training, and support services to our software clients. A background in accounting or business systems along with an interest in technology is an ideal fit for this position. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide software clients with on-going problem solving and support services
  • Assist with new software setups, including the conversion of data
  • Train users on most efficient use of the software
  • Identify user needs that may require custom solutions
  • Work in cooperation with other team members to resolve technical issues

Qualifications:

  • Accounting, business degree or applicable experience
  • Ability to interact with a wide range of clients with varying experience levels
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Word)
  • Excellent communication skills including phone, verbal and written
  • Strong work ethic, team player, and the willingness & diligence to learn

Preference Given to Candidates with:

  • Previous experience implementing Sage Intacct or similar accounting software (ERP)
  • Knowledge of payroll or human resource functions
  • CPA certificate (or working toward certification)
  • Understanding of non-profit organization operations and common issues they face
  • Awareness of tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Prophix, or other business intelligence reporting tools

Schedule:  Full-time, Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:  Bonus pay

Software Consultant – Currently Accepting Resumes

DWD Technology Group is seeking a Software Consultant to work with clients to develop on premise and web-based software solutions to meet their business needs. This is an opportunity to join a team of experienced software consultants and developers who have a passion for technology and client service.

DWD Technology Group is a growing, business software consulting firm, Microsoft Partner and network managed services provider that performs software implementation, integration and development services for small and medium sized businesses. We are one of the top Sage Software partners in the United States. Our team of software consultants and developers interact with clients to tailor software and reporting to improve their business processes and information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with customization projects on web based CRM and Sage ERP platforms.
  • Business intelligence reporting using Crystal Reports, Microsoft Power BI, and SQL Server Reporting Services.
  • API, web development or EDI integration with ERP systems based on client needs.
  • Ongoing support for new and existing implementations of CRM, ERP, and custom applications.

Qualifications:

  • Associates or higher degree in Computer Science or Information Systems from an accredited college.
  • 1+ year application development experience.
  • Working knowledge of a Microsoft-based Object Oriented Language (VB.NET, C#, ASP.NET or .NET), and SQL.
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, jQuery.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.

Desirable:

  • Working knowledge of report writer such as Crystal Reports, Microsoft Power BI, and SQL Server Reporting Services.
  • Working knowledge of ASP.Net, XML and Web Services (SOAP, WSDL).

IT Network Administrator – Currently Accepting Resumes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Windows Server administration, deployments, and migrations. Work with on-prem, cloud and virtualization using Azure, VMWare, Hyper-V
  • Configure, install, and support various network devices and services, including LAN, WAN and wireless connectivity, routers, firewalls and security
  • Provide MS (Office) 365 tenant migrations, administration and support
  • Administrate security solutions including antivirus, endpoint protection and MFA
  • Design and implement business continuity, backup and disaster recovery onsite and cloud solutions
  • Review and respond to automated monitoring alerts for our managed services clients
  • Work with industry leading solutions including Microsoft, Cisco, VMWare, Fortinet, Datto, and SentinelOne

Qualifications:

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Microsoft certification preferred
  • Experience installing and migrating Windows Server 2008 – 2019 environments
  • Knowledge of Windows Server, Remote Desktop, Windows Desktop, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange and MS 365 preferred
  • Experience with Azure Active Directory and Microsoft (Office) 365 Tenant management preferred
  • 2+ years of experience
  • Proven troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to talk about technology in non-technical terms
  • Have the focus and passion to always follow through with support requests
